Software Engineer

Phoenix, AZ (Remote-Friendly) Full-Time
Engineering

We're building a proprietary compliance and patrol management platform from scratch — GPS tracking, citation management, body camera integration, real-time dashboards, and reporting tools used by HOA boards and property managers across Arizona. You'll have a direct hand in shaping the product.

  • Work directly with the founder to define product direction and priorities
  • Own your code from prototype through production
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar)
  • Comfortable working across the stack — frontend, backend, and database
  • Self-starter who can take a rough idea and turn it into working software
  • Bonus: experience with mapping/GIS, mobile development, or hardware integrations
Why This Role
  • Early-stage opportunity with significant ownership and impact
  • Build real software that people use every night in the field
  • Small team, no bureaucracy, fast iteration
